Account Director (EMEA)
After a series of new business wins, Splendid Group is expanding our client service team. We’re looking for a switched-on Account Director (or ambitious SAM ready for the next step) to work on multiple accounts for global tech brands.
Role: Bilingual English-German Account Service Professional (AD Level)
Location: 100% Remote (GTM timezone)

The Role:
- Manage and grow relationships with multiple B2B tech accounts, acting as a primary client contact
- Deliver strategic, creative, and commercial solutions that drive measurable results
- Collaborate with senior colleagues and specialist partners across EMEA and globally
- Manage projects from brief to delivery, ensuring quality and consistency
- Work 100% remotely, with flexibility to suit your lifestyle (GMT timezone core hours)
- Contribute to a culture of trust, autonomy, and high performance
About You:
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- 5+ years’ agency experience, ideally at AD/SAM level, with B2B tech clients
- Confident managing multiple accounts and complex stakeholder structures
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building client relationships
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote, distributed team
- Experience with digital marketing, ABM, and integrated campaigns a plus
